We work with buyers and sellers in western metro Denver and surrounding counties with special expertise in the foothills. We are Certified Mountain Area Specialists with extensive knowledge in buying a mountain home. John is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) working hard to get clients a very successful outcome. In addition, Pandora is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) with special expertise in marketing luxury homes. We are consistent top performers in the foothills, and recently received the 5280 Magazine Black Diamond Top Producer Award. In the last few years we have added two amazing agents to our team, giving us the ability to offer an even higher level of service.

On the personal side, John hails from Minnesota, and has lived in Colorado for 25 years. He is a singer/songwriter and a driving force behind the Evergreen music scene, producing over 75 benefit concerts in recent years, and created the very popular ‘Boogie at the Barn’ music series. Pandora hails from Virginia, and has been in Colorado since 1989, working for many years for Habitat for Humanity and taking on leadership roles in the non-profit community. She is an avid cyclist and a lover of all things outdoors. Pandora is involved with the Mountain Area Land Trust, Wild Aware and serves on the Evergreen Chamber board and Leadership Evergreen Advisory Board. We are engaged in the community in many additional ways, supporting non-profits, the arts community and creating music events where we bring people together.
